Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • Please review the membership description and these Terms & Conditions carefully before signing up.

  • Third Ear and Leo Cosendai are not responsible for your physical or mental health. Please consult your doctor before participating in any activities led by Leo, both online and in person.

  • These terms and conditions may change from time to time. Significant updates will be communicated to members via email. Continued use of the membership following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • By signing up for any membership tier, you agree to these terms and conditions.

    Specific Terms (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3)

  • The exclusive lottery will occur on the last day of each month. The number of lots and winners per month will depend on the number of members in each tier, particularly Tier 1. Prizes may include private classes, tickets to OM, and free upgrades to Tier 3.

  • Group event dates and times are determined by Leo, based on his and members' availability, and are subject to change.

  • Private one-on-one meditation and mindset classes will be scheduled according to the availability of both Leo Cosendai and the member. Once a day and time are agreed upon, changes should not occur more than once every three months to minimise administrative tasks and avoid misunderstandings.

  • If you miss an online event, we cannot reschedule it; however, we will provide a recording featuring only Leo to respect the privacy of all guests. If you miss an in-person event, rescheduling or providing a recording is not possible.

  • All MP3 files and other materials you receive by email are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, use them for artistic or business purposes, or sell them in any form.

  • The 10% discount offered to Tier 2 members does not apply to Leo Cosendai’s OM sound installation.

  • Exclusive dinners may be held outdoors during the summer. The Reading Club will meet once a month on a consistent day and time, although occasional changes may occur based on Leo’s availability. Some gatherings will take place in person, while others will happen online. Hardcover volumes of Golden Lines will be provided either during the winter or summer dinner or at one of the in-person Reading Club gatherings, depending on your sign-up date.

  • Well-being hacks and travel diaries will be shared via email. There may be short periods when our newsletter is paused, typically for a week during the summer and another week or two around the Christmas period, to allow members and Leo to take a break from technology.

    Payment and Billing

  • Monthly memberships are activated through this website. To request a yearly membership, which includes a discount, please contact us directly.

  • The early adopter rate is available until October 5th. Members who sign up before this date will benefit from this discounted rate for at least three years. If you choose to upgrade to a higher tier as an early adopter, you will continue to benefit from the discount. However, if you choose to downgrade to a lower tier, the discount will no longer apply.

  • Membership fees are billed monthly based on your initial sign-up date. Members who unsubscribe and later decide to rejoin will not be eligible for the early adopter rate, and the membership fees will double.

  • Prices and benefits are subject to change. Late payments may result in the suspension of membership benefits until your account is current. Please ensure your payment information is accurate and updated promptly. Membership benefits are non-transferable and are intended for the named member only.

    Cancellation & Tier Change Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time or upgrade/downgrade your membership by contacting us at hello@thirdear.com.

  • No refunds are provided for yearly subscriptions unless Leo fails to deliver services as promised for more than four consecutive weeks. Monthly subscriptions have a strict no-refund policy. Following cancellation, access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

    Confidentiality and Privacy

  • We do not collect any personal data. Third Ear and Leo Cosendai are not responsible for any interactions or relationships between members, whether online or in person.
